Traditional Mutton curry easy ready to cook

Easy Mutton Curry Recipe | Quick Mutton Masala Gravy

Sheep are raised for their wool, milk, and meat. Initially, sheep were bred primarily for their wool, but as societies progressed, mutton became a significant part of their diet. The term "mutton" specifically refers to the meat from older sheep, typically over two years of age, as opposed to "lamb," which is the meat from young sheep.

Mutton recipes from around the world highlight the diversity of this meat. In India, Mutton Rogan Josh, a signature dish of Kashmiri cuisine, is very famous. Similarly, Mutton Biryani, a luxurious and fragrant rice dish layered with marinated mutton, basmati rice, and a mix of spices, is beloved. In Morocco, Mutton Tagine is a North African dish slow-cooked in a clay pot with a mix of sweet and savory ingredients.
